Archita Mandal Fallini is a writer, director and producer. Her directorial debut, Untread, is a science fiction thriller short film that was screened at the Women’s International Film & Arts Festival, 2015 and received many other film festival accolades. "Diva Mom Song", a music video with a socially relevant message became a finalist at The Norwegian International Seagull Film Festival. Another experimental short film "Null Hypothesis" was shot and released in 25 days. It was part of a female filmmaker’s challenge and was an official selection at the Chicago South Asian Film Festival. Archita grew up in 4 different countries and calls herself a global citizen. She has a management information systems degree from Wayne State University, Michigan. She is currently pursuing an Executive Education with Stanford School of Business for one year in Corporate Innovation. She works as a Technical Communication Manager at a high-tech firm and lives in the bay area with her family. She sees films as a powerful tool to exercise her talents in storytelling and visual arts.
